SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship across INDIA. We will ship the product within 4 to 5 working days of receiving the order and the payment.
COD is not available.
We will charge non-refundable shipping fee of INR 150 on all orders under INR 3000.
We will ship your orders through multiple facilities to reduce shipping time.
On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation E-mail or SMS.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch or is lost by us In transit, the whole amount will be refunded back to the client.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

If there is any return or exchange of any product, please contact us on +91 88664-32266 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returns or Exchange of any product after 48 hours of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
A form needs to be filled by the customer once we receive an email or WhatsApp message from the customer.
AFTER THE FORM IS FILLED BY THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WIL HAVE TO COURIER THE PRODUCT BACK TO US. THIS COST WILL NOT BE BORNE BY US.
Ensure that the following address is pasted on the return box: 104 Advait complex, near Sandesh press road,Vastrapur, Ahmedabad Gujarat 380015.
Please mention the order number on the parcel.
Please ensure proper packaging is done. Items must be unused in their original condition, with their label and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be resalable-returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or label/tags will not be entertained for returns and for exchange.
The return should be made by the customer within 15 days of receiving the order.
We will notify you as soon as we receive the shipment.
Note : If any return/exchange does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, then the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer & no amount will be compensated.
REFUNDS : Those return products who meets above all conditions as per Return policy, money will be refund after deducting courier charges within 5-6 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept the cancellation as long as the product has not been shipped. The cancellation should be made within 24 hours of placing the order. The Customer will receive the full payment along with the shipping charges.
The brand has the right to cancel the order if there are any such circumstances. Proper communication will be made on the behalf of the brand.

SALES POLICY:

The products that are bought on the discounted rate are not eligible for return.
Orders places on our sales days will not be eligible for any refund, exchange or cancellation.
